missionzero, a new contemporary art space, housed in a distinctive residential property from the late Showa era and covering 22 square meters.

As an artist-run space and an extension of the independent publisher ‘zerofeedback’, zero specializes in contemporary photography and video art. Our mission is to provide a platform that encourages art and supports independent exhibition projects, enabling a variety of collaborations with both public institutions and private initiatives.

With a commitment to promoting artistic exchange and dialogue, zero aims to connect with art spaces globally, creating a network that supports and showcases a diverse range of artists, both international and local. Our focus on careful curation and attention to exhibition design is central to our approach, ensuring each exhibition is thoughtfully presented and resonates with audiences.


The space is also available to use as a photography studio and/or rental gallery.

「zero」は、昭和後期に建てられた特徴的な住宅を利用した、22平方メートルの新しい現代アートスペースです。

アーティストが運営するスペースであり、独立系出版社「zerofeedback」の延長として、「zero」は現代写真と映像アートを専門としています。私たちの使命は、アートを奨励し、独立した展覧会プロジェクトを支援するプラットフォームを提供することで、公共機関や民間のイニシアチブとの多様なコラボレーションを可能にすることです。

「zero」は、芸術的な交流と対話の促進に取り組み、世界中のアートスペースとつながりを持ち、多様な国際的および地元のアーティストを支援・紹介するネットワークの構築を目指しています。私たちは、慎重なキュレーションと展示デザインへの細やかな配慮を重要視し、各展覧会が丁寧に提示され、観客に響くことを確保しています。
